When is the deadline to RSVP?

Please RSVP online by no later than October 5th. This is to ensure that our venue can have the appropriate time to plan for your meal accordingly for the wedding day.



How do I RSVP?

To RSVP, you can find the tab on our website right beside the 'EVENTS' tab. Please enter your first name and the site should bring up a reservation form for you to complete. Please make sure to enter the number in your party along with your dietary preferences and restrictions/allergies.



What if I do not know how to use your RSVP system?

If you are not sure how to use our RSVP system on the website, please contact Jackie directly and provide her with your information. She will complete your reservation for you if needed.

When are we supposed to arrive for the ceremony?

For our family members and closest friends, the ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 pm so please arrive 30 minutes before (4:30 p.m).



Will there be a time gap between your wedding ceremony and reception?

Yes, we will have a cocktail hour starting at 5:45 pm until 6:45 pm. The reception and dinner will start at 7:00 pm.



What time will your wedding reception end? Is there an after-party?

The reception will end around 12: 00 a.m. and there will be no after-party.

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

We will be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner with a choice of entrée and then dessert. There will also be a dessert table as well for any late-night cravings!

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

We do have a vegetarian dinner option available and our venue will do their best to accommodate dietary restrictions as much as possible. As for allergies, please make sure to put the information on your RSVP form so that our venue is aware.



Will there be an open bar?

We have paid for an open bar but the venue does have a consumption limit. Once the limit is exceeded, it will turn into a cash bar so please plan accordingly.

Do you have a gift registry?

We do not have a gift registry. Your love and company on our wedding day is the only present we require! If you do wish to honour us with a gift, however, a contribution towards our wishing well would be much appreciated.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Our wedding will be hosted indoors for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and the reception.



Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

While we appreciate the support and excitement for our big day, we kindly ask that you refrain from taking any photos during the ceremony as we have hired a photographer just for that! We will be happy to share the photos with you as soon as they are available.

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Our wedding will be taking place in the Fall. May we suggest dresses, dressy separates, or a nice pantsuit for women, and a dress shirt with pants for men; jackets and ties optional. Please, no jeans, runners, or neon colours.



Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

All guests are allowed to bring a plus one.



Am I allowed to bring my children?

In order to allow all guests, including parents, to have a good time, we have chosen for our wedding day to be an adult-only occasion.
